FOUZIA HAMEED, MPA: Will the Honourable Minister for Local Government, Housing and Town Planning, Sindh may please to give answer/statement that whether the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has completely failed to regulate construction activities in Karachi, resulting in a surge of illegal and unauthorized buildings across the city? What immediate steps is the Government taking to prevent such unlawful constructions and hold responsible officials accountable?
04. CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 14 OF 2025; GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MR. MAHESH KUMAR HASIJA, MPA: Will the Honourable Minister for Education, Sindh may please to give answer/statement that the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Tuesday, the 24th February, 2015 unanimously passed a Resolution moved by Mr. Nand Kumar, MPA regarding Education Department must include the Religious Books in Curriculum for Minority students and appoint teachers to teach the Religious Books for Hindus and Christians on need basis. Kindly apprise the August House on actions taken in this regard by the Department.

NAJAM MIRZA, MPA: Will the Honourable Minister for Education, Sindh may please to give answer/statement that many irregularities occurred in recent CAP policy for students. What step will be taken by the Department for early redressal and resolution of this issue?
