Speaker Provincial Assembly of Sindh, Syed Awais Qadir Shah, attended the Russian National Unity Day celebration hosted by the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Karachi.

Consul General Andrey Viktorovich Fedorov warmly welcomed Speaker Syed Awais Qadir Shah upon his arrival at the event.

The Speaker was accompanied by Provincial Minister for Law, Home, and Parliamentary Affairs Zia-ul-Hassan Lanjar, Minister for Local Government Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, Advisor to Chief Minister for Rehabilitation Giyan Chand Essarani, Minister for Religious Affairs and Zakat Riaz Hussain Shah Sheerazi, and MPA Muhammad Asif Moosa.

On the occasion, Speaker Syed Awais Qadir Shah extended his heartfelt congratulations to Consul General Andrey Viktorovich Fedorov and the people of Russia on their National Unity Day. The Consul General, in return, expressed his gratitude to the Honorable Speaker and members of the Sindh Cabinet for gracing the event with their presence.

During the interaction, Speaker Syed Awais Qadir Shah and Consul General Andrey Viktorovich Fedorov discussed avenues to further enhance parliamentary cooperation, cultural exchange, and trade relations between Pakistan and Russia, reaffirming the commitment to strengthen bilateral ties based on mutual respect and shared interests.
