Karachi (03 February 2026): The arrival of National and International delegates continues for the historic International Parliamentary Conference being held in Karachi from today until 7 February.

Parliamentarians, Speakers, and experts from various countries are arriving in Karachi to attend the joint conference of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Asia and South-East Asia Regions. The host, Provincial Assembly of Sindh, has made comprehensive arrangements for the reception and accommodation of the guests.

The United Nations delegation, led by the UN Women Country Head, has arrived in Karachi to participate in the CPA International Conference. The delegation includes UN Women Country Representative Jamshed Qazi, Fahmida Iqbal, Deputy Country Head for UN Women, and Saman Ahsan, Portfolio Manager at UN Women.

The visiting delegation reached private hotel, where all necessary facilities have been arranged for their stay.
