Speaker Syed Awais Qadir Shah meets Governor Sindh Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi, both agrees on strengthening mutual cooperation

Speaker Provincial Assembly of Sindh, Syed Awais Qadir Shah, called on Governor of Sindh, Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi, at Governor House Sindh, Karachi.
During the meeting, both discussed the preservation of historical heritage, institutional harmony, and the promotion of mutual coordination and cooperation.
Speaker Syed Awais Qadir Shah congratulated Governor Sindh Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi on assuming office and conveyed his best wishes.
Speaker Syed Awais Qadir Shah said that he hopes Governor Nehal Hashmi, in his new role, will further strengthen effective coordination and mutual cooperation between the Federal Government and the province of Sindh.
Speaker Sued Awais Qadir Shah emphasized the need to adopt a joint strategy for conducting parliamentary affairs in a transparent, efficient, and coordinated manner.
Speaker Syed Awais Qadir Shah reaffirmed the commitment to work together for the strengthening of democratic institutions and the supremacy of the Constitution.
Both also held detailed discussions on law and order, cleanliness and sanitation, promotion of tourism, and industrial development in the province.
Governor Sindh specially focused on preservation, restoration, and documentation of Sindh’s historical and cultural heritage.
Both agreed on the need to accelerate efforts in this regard and stressed the importance of policy-making aligned with modern requirements for the restoration of ancient monuments and historical sites.
Speaker Syed Awais Qadir Shah said that the promotion and preservation of cultural heritage would not only protect Sindh’s identity but would also strengthen tourism and the local economy.
Speaker Provincial Assembly of Sindh Syed Awais Qadir Shah & Governor Sindh Nehal Hashmi, both also agreed to enhance effective coordination among relevant institutions for the protection and promotion of historical heritage.
They further agreed to maintain mutual respect and cooperation between the Provincial Assembly of Sindh and the Governor’s House on legislative matters and inter-provincial coordination.
