It was the unmatched foresight and courage of Shaheed Quaid-e-Awam, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, who laid the foundation of our nuclear programme, defying immense international pressure, a decision that will forever be remembered as a milestone in our national history, Speaker Sindh Assembly, Syed Awais Qadir Shah.

We also honour the wisdom and determination of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, who safeguarded and advanced the nuclear programme with unwavering dedication during her time in office, Syed Awais Qadir Shah.
