Subject: MEETING OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE ON MINES AND MINERALS.

I am to state that the Honourable Chairman has been pleased to convene the meeting of the Standing Committee on Mines and Minerals on Thursday, the 12th March, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. in Committee room No.02, Sindh Assembly Building, Karachi.

AGENDA OF THE MEETING
1. Implementation status of decisions taken in previous meeting.
2. Details of progress on current and ongoing Scheme of Mines and Mineral Department.
3. Detail of Contracts of Royalty and other Contracts of Mines and Mineral Department.
4. Brief on the progress of new laws relating Mines and Mineral Department as decided in previous meeting.
5. Discussion and necessary action on complains of citizens (attached) requires necessary action and explanation (enclosed 11 cases).
6. Discussion and explanation on report of corruption and mal administration in electronic media namely Samaa TV and 92 Channel.
