Subject: REVISED SCHEDULE OF THE MEETINGS OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEE.
It is to inform that the Honorable Chairman, Public Accounts Committee has been pleased to revise, schedule for the Public Accounts Committee meetings. These meetings are being convened to review the draft paras received from the Auditor General of Pakistan reports for the respective years indicated.
2. The Public Accounts Committee meetings will take place in Committee Room No. 1, Sindh Assembly Building, Karachi at 2 PM, according to the schedule outlined below.

3. The Principal Accounting officers are hereby strongly advised to submit Forty-Five (45) Copies of the Working Papers, duly reconciled with the Accountant General Sindh, along with copies of the original observations of Audit department, at least three 3 Working Days prior the date of the meeting. (with hard & soft copies of working papers).
4. The Principal Accounting officers are further directed to submit the compliance report of PAC Directives mentioned in Audit Reports (Copy of Audit Reports enclosed for necessary action)
5. I am also directed to request that the Principal Accounting Officers ensure their presence in PAC meetings along with original record of Audit (Draft Paras) year wise positively without fail.
