“WHEREAS, the 6^th of September, 2024 marks the Defence Day of Pakistan, a solemn occasion to honor the sacrifices made by our brave armed forces in safeguarding Pakistan’s sovereignty and integrity;

WHEREAS, the brave Pakistani armed forces have consistently demonstrated unwavering courage, resilience, and dedication in the face of numerous challenges, protecting the nation from external threats and internal terrorism in this regard the sacrifices of our martyrs and the unwavering commitment of our soldiers have been instrumental in shaping Pakistan’s identity as a strong, prosperous and independent nation;

This House pays heartfelt tribute to the brave soldiers of the Pakistan Armed Forces who have always laid down their lives defending the nation. This August House also expresses its deep gratitude to the families of the martyrs for their sacrifices and resilience.
